I'm a backend engineer who specializes in building robust APIs and event processing systems. My work centers on server-side Kotlin and Java development, where I architect scalable solutions using tools like Dropwizard and Apache Pulsar. What drives me is the intersection of creativity and problem-solving—there's real satisfaction in designing systems that handle complex challenges elegantly.

While backend is my primary focus, I'm not confined to it. I believe in understanding the full stack, and this website is a recent experiment in modern frontend development. Staying curious and expanding my toolkit keeps the work interesting.

Right now, I'm particularly excited about how LLMs are transforming software development and research. The potential to accelerate how we build and investigate problems is remarkable, and I'm exploring how to leverage these tools effectively in real-world applications.

Outside of software, my interests run wide—history, politics, science, and math all capture my attention. Curiosity doesn't stop at code.
